What is Breeze?
Breeze is an online platform for Customer Relationship Management, designed, managed and owned by Tech Oasis Systems (Pty) Ltd, a private company registered in the Republic of South Africa [2015/067247/07]
Effective as of: 01 June 2019
Breeze exists to support businesses by offering a fast and easy way to manage customers and sale conversions, while respecting privacy expectations. We will never sell your Personal Information to other companies.
This privacy policy applies to www.breeze.business and, its subdomains (the “Site”), and our mobile apps, all of which are owned and operated by Tech Oasis Systems. It does not apply to any third-party websites, which have their own policies.
Our Privacy Policy in detail:
Information we collect
When you visit our website: Our servers automatically log your computer’s Internet Protocol (IP) address, your browser type and version, the pages you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on each page, and other standard data provided by your web browser.
When you need to register: We ask for your email address, full names and whether you agree to our disclaimer. This information is mandatory, as we use it to validate your registration on the website.
When you register successfully: We ask for your team members email addresses, subscription options and payment details, as well as any information you wish to include on your workspace. This information is mandatory, as we use it to provide you with satisfactory customer management services.
When you require to upload a new lead: We ask for the company name, contact person name, email address and phone numbers, as well as their physical address. This information is mandatory, as we use it to provide you with satisfactory customer management services.
When you leave a review: We ask for your name, email address and review for Breeze. We will never publish your email address, but may choose to publish your name and review (in whole or in part) to help promote our site and product. By supplying this information, you consent to us using your details in this manner.
Our legal bases for processing
We process information lawfully, fairly and transparently. We only collect and process information about you only where:
- it’s necessary for us to provide you with a functional account for customer management;
- it satisfies a legitimate interest, such as for research and development, to market and promote our services, and to protect our legal rights and interests;
- you give us consent to do so for a specific purpose (eg. entering your email address so we can contact you regarding your workspace); or
- we need to process your data to comply with a legal obligation.

- to validate your registration on Breeze.
- to process your subscriptions;
- to enable you to access and use our website, associated applications and associated social media platforms;
- to contact and communicate with you about your workspace, leads management or email enquiries;
- for internal record keeping and administrative purposes;
- for analytics, market research and business development, including to operate and improve our website, associated applications and associated social media platforms; and
- to comply with our legal obligations and resolve any disputes that we may have.
Disclosure of personal information to third parties
Breeze is supported by third-party providers to facilitate the provision of a transactional website. These include DNS management, web hosting, payment processing and Google Analytics etc.
We will comply with government and law enforcement requests for data, as required by law, in connection with any actual or prospective legal proceedings, or in order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights.
We do not sell or rent your personal information to marketers or third parties.
International transfers of personal information
The data we retain is stored and processed in South Africa, and/or where we and our third-party providers maintain facilities. By providing us with your personal information, you consent to the disclosure to these third parties.
Your rights as our user

You are free to refuse our request for information, with the understanding that we may be unable to provide you with fully functional services without it.

Public content and Social Media
Breeze has public forums and blogs. Any information submitted there may be read and collected by anyone.

If you provide us with a testimonial, with your consent we may post it on our Site or in other materials and media, along with your name. If you want your testimonial removed, please contact us at privacy@breeze.business

Closing of your Breeze account
At any time and without penalty, Breeze users can withdraw their consent to the continued use or disclosure of their Personal Information by closing their Breeze account. Please ensure you complete the account closure process which includes a confirmation email. Otherwise, your account may not be closed.

If we or our assets are acquired, or in the unlikely event that we go out of business or enter bankruptcy, we would include data among the assets transferred to any parties who acquire us.
