How do I get started?

Sign up for a 30-day free trial from this website. Complete your information, verify your email address, add your credit card details, and select your package to upgrade to after the trial. You can easily cancel this registration for free before the next billing period. Sign up for a 30-day free trial.

What happens after my free trial has ended?

After your free trial, you will be automatically enrolled in a paid plan. All information captured carries over to the billed account and there is no need to re-enter it. If you wish to cancel your license, you can automatically cancel it through the system or send us an email to hello@breeze.business.

What does my free trial include?

The free trial includes all system features. This means you can get comfortable with Breeze before you buy.

How many users can I have?

Users are dependent on the selected package. Visit the Pricing menu for more.

Can you access Breeze offline?

You can use Breeze anywhere with an internet connection or mobile phone signal.

What are the system requirements?

Any device with an internet connection and the latest version of Google Chrome browser installed can use Breeze. Breeze also works seamlessly with Safari.

Can I get training on the system?

Yes. Breeze’s training and support services provide unlimited assistance to customers.

Do you provide onsite setup assistance?

We offer virtual free assistance, but if you require onsite support, then kindly send us a request through the system and an accountant will be assigned to you.

Do I get an account manager?

Yes, each active company gets a dedicated account manager who will be your contact person for all issues relating to Breeze.

If I cancel my subscription, can I keep my data?

After you cancel your trial subscription, you won’t be able to access that account, so we recommend exporting your data out of Breeze first. Access to your account will be withdrawn upon subscription expiry. All and any data held within our database will be deleted 30 days after the subscription date. You may request a copy of your data during this 30-day period, which will be made available for download as a csv file.

Can customers pay me through Breeze?

Yes, with payment services like PayStack, customers can pay you directly. Customers would have to create and log on to their client portal to access the “Pay Now” button.

Are there any setup fees or hidden fees?

There are no setup or hidden fees. We are upfront about pricing and provide full details of our pricing plans and options extras such as SMS, WhatsApp, etc.

How do I get billed?

There are 3 subscription options billed monthly or annually. Payment can be made directly online by PayStack. Alternatively, you can request our banking details to make payments via EFT.

Where is my data stored?

Breeze Invoicing Software is hosted in the cloud and your data is hosted in one of our highly secure data centers in either South Africa or the UK. Both of our data centers are fault-tolerant and power-redundant with automatic failovers.

Which Browsers are supported?

Is Breeze’s software something I need to install?

Breeze’s tools are web-based, so you just need an Internet connection and browser—no installation is necessary for our online software!
