MOYOBI TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Billing & Payment:

• Billing is processed monthly in arrears for all ordered modules.
• Payment is strictly due within 30 days from the invoice date.
• Late payments may incur interest charges at a rate of [25]% per month.

2. Pricing & Validity:

• Pricing remains valid for 30 days from the date of quotation.
• All totals are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
• Prices are subject to change upon prior notice.

3. Orders & Invoicing:

• Only official “CLIENT” purchase orders will be accepted.
• Invoicing is based on monthly reports detailing the number of users and call queues.
• Any discrepancies in invoices must be raised within 7 days of receipt.

4. Service Provision & Liability:

• The company is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from the use of its services.
• Service availability is subject to external factors, including third-party providers and network conditions.

5. Termination & Cancellation:

• A minimum notice period of 90 days is required for service cancellations.
• Early termination fees may apply if a contractual term is in place.

6. Confidentiality & Data Protection:

• All data processed and stored remains confidential and will not be shared without prior consent, except as required by law.
• The client is responsible for maintaining the security of user credentials and access rights.

7. General:
